The new location of the Board Meetings will be held at Wentworth Country Club at 2990 Wentworth Way, Tarpon Springs at 7:30 pm.

Board Meetings are the second
Monday of each month 7:30 pm

Jan= Mailboxes cleaning and painting
Feb= Pond and common area clean up.
Mar= Spring, Tree, bush, and lawn
April=7&8 Community yard sale/exterior of home maint.
(fascia, painting, etc)
May= Mailbox cleaning and painting
June= Pressure washing of fences, driveways, curbs, and sidewalks
July= 4th of July community cookout
Aug= Pond and common area clean up.
Sept= Mailbox cleaning and painting
Oct= Fall Tree, bush, and lawn clean up
Nov=Pressure washing of fences, driveways, curbs, and sidewalks
Dec= Open
